Mr. Zoratto has built and managed businesses in the infrastructure, energy and environmental fields for over 25 years. As a Division President for The Shaw Group, The IT Group and dck International, Mr. Zoratto led organizations in excess of 5,000 employees, with annual revenues over $1 billion.  Enzo has led the completion of  numerous marquis projects worldwide in power and industrial plant construction, environmental remediation, heavy civil construction and facilities operations and maintenance, to include a US National Laboratory. He has lead the acquisition of several companies in the EPC space and for project-specific investments up to $3 billion.  Recognized as a team-oriented, industry leader, he is known for his ability to conceptualize, develop and implement successful growth strategies. He has extensive multinational experience, having worked in over 15 countries and is fluent in Italian, French and English. He earned his civil engineering degree from The University of Toronto and is a registered professional engineer.

  • Built an EPC business with $1 billion in revenues as part of the Shaw Group, a $4 billion company
  • Acquired 13 companies in the EPC space as part of the IT Group, a $1.4 billion company
  • Managed Middle East and Pacific operations as part of a restructuring for dck worldwide, a $1.4 billion company
  • Established a defense and aerospace logistic company as part of Genco (now FedEx), a $1,4 billion company

  • 50 MW waste-to-energy plant and waste collection and processing system in Haiti - $325 million
  • 75 MW decontamination, repair and relocation of a peak-power generation plant in Columbus, OH - $85 million  
  • High temperature thermal destruction plant for hazardous waste for Monsanto in Texas – $100 million
  • Four (4) - Total Environmental Remediation Contract (TERC) for the USACE - $1.2 billion
  • Four (4) - Environmental Remedial Action Contract (RAC) for the US Naval Facilities Command - $1.0 billion
  • Closure of Department of Energy landfill at the Fernald Former Uranium Processing Plant - $120 million
  • Operations and maintenance of NASA Kennedy Space Center Complex, Cape Canaveral Florida - $400 million
  • Operations and maintenance of NASA Stennis Test Facility Complex, Gulf Port, Mississippi - $250 million
  • Privatization (design, construction, operations) of 3,000 Housing Units for US Army at Fort Meade - $3 billion
