USA and International

For over 30 years, IEP’s management team has worked in different capacities with the United States Federal Government and other international Governments. Our experience stems from managing EPC companies with annual revenues exceeding $1 billion annually, offering services in environmental remediation and management; facilities management and operations; privatization of large federal assets; and traditional design build construction. Embodied in this scope are several featured projects ranging from management of NASA’s Kennedy Space Center and NASA’s Stennis Engine Facility, to recommissioning gas-fired simple-cycle “peakers” for relocation to South America, to remediating some of our nation’s most environmentally challenging sites for the DOD and DOE. On the international front, IEP understands the nuances and protocols of working with foreign governments of different cultures and economic capacity. IEP’s ability to work with multilateral banks such as IFC, OPEC, IDB, World Bank and the ADB and other international lending institutions allows to transact projects where others do not. Our attention to accommodating socio-economic requirements in our project financing strategy, is often a key to our success.
